Referring your patients for Orthodontic Treatment
If you are a dentist or dental care professional, you can refer patients of all ages to our practice for orthodontic treatment. We accept cases for NHS care as well as private care. Every referral is reviewed by a specialist orthodontist. We will communicate outcomes and treatment plans clearly back to your practice and your patient.
All patient information is kept secure and all data is handled in accordance with UK privacy laws. The online referral form is fully encrypted and submitted using a secure platform. Referrals can include all relevant details, concerns and supporting documents.

Our secure online form makes it easy to send patient information directly to our team. You will receive confirmation if you wish, and all details provided are held securely.
Once we receive your referral form, it will be reviewed by one of our specialist orthodontists. We look at both the clinical information and any supporting files you provide. Our team will contact the patient or parent to arrange an appointment for assessment.
If more information is needed, we will get in touch with you. We always keep you updated after the assessment has taken place, and we let you know which treatment is advised. For NHS patients, we follow the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need guidelines. For private patients, flexible treatment options are offered.
All data sent with our referral form is encrypted and protected. It is stored in a UK-based ISO27001 certified data centre and only accessed by our team. Nothing is visible to third parties. Your patient’s privacy is always safeguarded.
